Billing Questions
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You can cancel your Pro or Agency subscription at any time from your dashboard. You keep access until the end of your current billing period with no further charges.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Pro and Agency plans include a 7-day free trial. You can cancel before the trial ends and will not be charged. The Free plan requires no credit card at all.
Do you offer refunds?
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on your first paid month. If ExtractData is not the right fit, email hello@extract-data.com and we will refund you in full, no questions asked.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) processed securely through Stripe. Annual plans can also be paid via ACH bank transfer on request.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time from your dashboard. Upgrades take effect immediately with a prorated charge. Downgrades take effect at the end of your billing period.
